Viewly Player is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use the app in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and any content you store within the app.
Your privacy is important to us. All media files and data stored in Viewly Player remain on your device. We do not collect, store, or share your personal media files. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more detailed information about data handling.
The Secret Space feature is designed to provide additional privacy for your content. You are solely responsible for remembering your access credentials. We cannot recover lost passwords or access hidden content on your behalf.
While Viewly Player includes security checking features, we do not guarantee complete protection against all security threats. The app provides tools to help identify potential vulnerabilities, but you remain responsible for your device's overall security.
All rights, title, and interest in and to Viewly Player, including all intellectual property rights, remain with us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal purposes.
You agree not to: reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app; use the app for any illegal purposes; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app or related systems; or distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the app.
Some features may require a subscription. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device settings.
Viewly Player is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the app.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
